Questions & Answers

  • Is the XP12V1800 a ‘like for like' equivalent to the P12V1220? Whilst the XP12V1800 does offer an increase in available power against the old P12V1220 it is important to acknowledge that the two batteries are not exactly the same physical size. Though the footprint of XP6V2800 is very similar to that of the P12V1220, the new battery is a little taller, so consideration should be made when replacing one for the other to make sure the new battery will fit into an existing battery cabinet or rack. For more information we have provided data sheets for both types in our the ‘Documentation’ section of this page, or should you prefer, please contact us for assistance.
