Shipping And Handling
Delivery charges are calculated primarily on the total weight of the package required. This charge is shown within the 'shopping basket' section, within this section, should you wish to change the quantity of goods required, please click the 'recalculate' button to update the delivery charge accordingly.
All deliveries are calculated on 'Mainland UK' & 'Northern Ireland' zones only, should you require an alternative service then please contact us on 02381 789197.
Packages under 4 kg will most likely be sent via the Royal Mail 'Packet' 1st class service, please allow at least 1 - 3 working days for your package to arrive, though we would expect most deliveries to be made the next working day, depending on the timing of the order placed.
Packages over 4 kg will be dispatched via Parcelforce courier utilising 'Parcelforce 48' service as standard.
We will endeavour to arrange for all orders placed before 1pm to be dispatched on the same working day where possible. Please contact us for specific requirements.
Once goods are dispatched we will issue the appropriate tracking number to your email address which will enable you to check the status of your delivery. If you are not available to receive your delivery then the courier will leave a card detailing the recipient of the alternative delivery/collection options available.
To avoid disappointment please state a delivery address where someone is likely to be present
Should an order be placed for an item or quantity of items that we do have in stock at that time, then we will advise you as soon as possible either by phone call or email. An expected lead time will be advised where you will then have to choice either to accept this change or to cancel your order.
